We are not like other labs and we appreciate the distinction. All of our denture options are treated like our Signature dentures as far as processing and set up but what sets our signature denture apart is the steps and materials that go into it. First we bead and box when we pour and we also offer a split cast system for easy observation of the study model. once our models are mounted we do a Gerber model analysis to show us where our teeth are to be placed to ensure stability. We select the best option of Upgraded Teeth to be used depending on the opposing arch (some tooth brands are specifically intended for certain situations). Characterized Bio-simulation to match the patients tissue is then applied intrinsically with heat cure candulor pigments, Candulor Nexco stains, Vita Akzent LC as well as color markers and more modifiers  as well as optional tooth characterization to immitate staining and pitting or to match adjacent teeth. After heat injection our cured Devices are post equilibrated (remounted and adjusted) to ensure a perfect fit. 

for our international accounts: We use Xtra stiff High temperature Candulor ad Tribos waxes that have a high threshold for heat and we do our best to ensure your case comes to you undamaged and unaltered by the elements.

Affordable option of denture made with Dentsply Classic Teeth  or for an upgraded fee a higher end tooth card can be used.
